How far in advance should I order?
We require at least 1 week’s notice, but DIY buckets often sell out — especially during peak wedding season. To ensure availability, we recommend reserving your buckets as early as possible.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, all DIY bucket orders must be prepaid at the time of order to secure your flowers.Can you deliver the flowers?
DIY buckets are pickup only from our flower farm in West Michigan from our self serve flower cooler.When can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available Tuesday through Friday from 8am till 3pm on your scheduled date. We will send confirmation once your order is completed.When should I pick up the flowers for my event?
We recommend picking up your flowers 24 -48hrs before your event. Keep the flowers in a climate-controlled space (like an air-conditioned room) and out of direct sunlight until you’re ready to arrange.Can I request specific flowers?
Because all of our flowers are seasonal, we can’t guarantee specific varieties. However, we’ll do our best to honor your selected color palette — either Soft & Neutral or Bright & Cheerful — with the best blooms available at the time of your event.How many arrangements can I make with one bucket?
Each bucket contains at least 70 stems and typically makes 6-8 medium arrangements (like mason jar centerpieces). For bouquets or larger pieces, plan accordingly.
