FAQ’s

  • We require at least 1 week’s notice, but DIY buckets often sell out — especially during peak wedding season. To ensure availability, we recommend reserving your buckets as early as possible.

  • Yes, all DIY bucket orders must be prepaid at the time of order to secure your flowers.

  • DIY buckets are pickup only from our flower farm in West Michigan from our self serve flower cooler.

  • Pickup is available Tuesday through Friday from 8am till 3pm on your scheduled date. We will send confirmation once your order is completed.

  • We recommend picking up your flowers 24 -48hrs before your event. Keep the flowers in a climate-controlled space (like an air-conditioned room) and out of direct sunlight until you’re ready to arrange.

  • Because all of our flowers are seasonal, we can’t guarantee specific varieties. However, we’ll do our best to honor your selected color palette — either Soft & Neutral or Bright & Cheerful — with the best blooms available at the time of your event.

  • Each bucket contains at least 70 stems and typically makes 6-8 medium arrangements (like mason jar centerpieces). For bouquets or larger pieces, plan accordingly.
